A note from Virginia –
“A little bit about my precious husband. We met in high school when he was a senior, and I was a freshman. He said the moment he saw me, he started fighting for my attention. Thank God, I listened, because I don’t know what I would have done or where I would be without him. Dick was born in Oregon, and moved with his parents to California. He loved to go bowling, hunting, playing pool, and playing cards with friends and family. We loved to go out dancing, and of course, have a few drinks. Later on, he loved fishing… that became his favorite hobby of all. I love his daughters, but there’s nothing like grandchildren – he has five. One is in heaven with him; Justin Mills just passed away four months ago.”
Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Virginia Lynn Soto Dixon; daughters, Diana Corral and Denise Dixon Mills; grandchildren, Haley Mills, Evan Corral, Nathan Corral, and Julianne Mills.
