Richard M. Tamez

A CELEBRATION OF LIFE

Richard M. Tamez age 68, passed away August 12, 2020.

Memorial Service: 12:00 Noon, Saturday, August 22, 2020, at Faith Family Church, 1932 Ephriham Ave., Fort Worth, Texas 76164.

Richard was born July 20, 1952 to Robert C. and Zulema M. Tamez in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was raised in Corpus Christi, and graduated from Foy H. Moody High School in 1970.

Richard proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a loving brother, uncle and friend to many. He will always be remembered for his kind heart and willingness to help anyone in need.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Robert C. Tamez Sr. and Zulema M. Tamez; by his sister, Mary Ann Tamez Yates and brother, Robert C. Tamez Jr.

Survivors: Richard is survived by his sisters, Irene Tamez-Henry, Diana “Dee Dee” Luedders (Bob), Rose T. Wright (Dennis) and Yvonne Tamez Matchett (James); nephews, Harvey A. Yates Jr., Michael A. Yates, Ernest Garcia (Norma) and Rob Esparza Tamez; nieces, Doris Tamez Best and Priscilla Tamez McKinney (Kenneth), and several great-nephews and nieces whom he loved.

While you were here on Earth.
