Roger Allen Hogle, age 58, passed away October 29, 2021 at Baylor Hospital due to a stroke. He was surrounded by those who loved him most in life.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2021 at Biggers Funeral Home.
Graveside service: 10 a.m. Saturday, November 6, 2021 10:00 in Greenwood Memorial Park.

Roger was born July 19, 1963 in Japan to the late Thomas Hogle and Eva (Gonzales) Hogle at one of the many Air Force installations where they lived. Roger married his best friend, Barbara, in April 1995.
Roger graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. He proudly served in the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Department as a Sheriff’s deputy for over 22 years. For more than ten years, he served as bailiff for Judge Melody Wilkinson.
His many interests included travelling, rock music, playing the guitar and watching movies. He was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. His favorite holiday was Halloween and was known in the neighborhood for his elaborate Halloween display.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents; and daughter, Jennifer Scheve.
Roger is survived by his wife, Barbara; brother, Thomas “Bobby” Hogle; sister, Debra (Walter) Filipiak; children, Eric (Kelly) Baker, Cassandra Stacey, Terri (Timothy) Gough, Daniel (Heather) Scheve; grandchildren, Skye Baker, Gwendolyn Baker, Ariana Baker, Barbara (Anthony) Conklin-Kane, Bradley (Amanda) Boyd, Leah Boyd, Robert Stacey, Richard (DeAnna) De Martelaere, Carlos (Estellita) Rivera, India Picquet, Amber (Andrew) Lack, Austin Gough, Charles Hunger, Morgan Scheve, John Scheve, Conner Miller, Logan Miller; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
