Ronny Farquhar, 67, died Thursday July 17, 2014.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Biggers Funeral Home. Committal with military honors will be at 2:15 p.m. at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Ronny was born June 29, 1947, in Fort Worth. He attended Castleberry High School before entering the military and serving his country in Vietnam. After his return home, he married Carolyn Saylor, his loving wife of 41 years. Ronny worked at Sears, Seminary South for many years before joining McBee Homes in 1995, serving as warranty manager.
Ronny was an accomplished tournament fisherman and loved spending time with his daughters and grandson, Jerrod. His infectious smile, quirky laugh and positive attitude will be missed by all.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; daughters, Crystal Charbonnet and husband, Judd, Tara Kamali and her husband, Paymon; grandson, Jerrod Charbonnet; siblings, Joe Farquhar and wife, Coy, Leslie Boone and husband, Donnie.
