Royas Dale Bunch, 82, went to his heavenly home on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 in Lipan, Texas. He was born April 8, 1938, to Ramon Thomas and Ouida Schuster Bunch in Shammrock, Texas.

 

Dale was a man who loved nature and being outside. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and venturing to Colorado to hunt the perfect elk. On his homestead, he loved working on his tractor and tending to his cows. Sitting on the porch and feeding all kinds of birds was one of his simple pleasures in life. But, to all that really knew Dale, knew that his true passion was family “get togethers”.

 

He was preceded in death by two daughters, Roxann Barrett and Barbara Welborn.

 

Dale leaves behind to cherish his memory, wife, Nickey; children, Royce “Jean” Gist, Martisha Simpson and husband Wes, Louida Marie Owen and husband R. D., Charles Glen Fairless and wife Sherry, Joe Brett Earhart, Dwayne Dale Bunch and wife Jennifer; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

 

Visitation: Thursday, March 18, 2021, 6-8pm at the Cowboy Church in Lipan

Graveside Service: Friday, March 19, 2021, 11am at Evergreen Cemetery in Lipan, Texas.
