Ruby Inez Willis, 88, passed away at her home in Tolar, Texas on Thursday, May 28, 2015. No services are planned at this time and Mrs. Willis’s body will be cremated. Ruby was born to Guy and Josie English on November 12, 1926 in Wardville, Oklahoma.. Survivors: son, Ron Willis of the home.
