Ruth Melear Seaberry, 88, passed away quietly Friday, January 16, 2015, surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in Poolville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Biggers Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Ruth was born to W.J. and Minnie Melear in Haslet on March 22, 1926. On April 20, 1946, she married Kenneth Seaberry and they were married 41 years when he passed away in 1987. She never stopped loving him.
She was preceded in death by her parents, W.J. and Minnie Melear;, 11 siblings; and the love of her life, Kenneth Seaberry.
Ruth is survived by her son, Mike Seaberry and wife, Judy; daughter, Jan Parish and husband, Dave; grandchildren, Frieda and Kevin McMillin, Misty and Patrick Farr, and Blake Parish; great-grandchildren, Cheyenne McMillin, Jessie McMillin, Macy Farr and Avery Farr; great-great-grandson, Jett Wilson.
