GRANBURY — Sam Osborne, 72, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, in Granbury.
Funeral: 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015 at Wiley Funeral Home.
Interment: Rough Creek Cemetery in Hood County.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4th at the funeral home.
Sam Osborne was born on September 2, 1943 to Denzil “Hoot” Eudell Osborne and Laura Lee Mayhue Morton. Sam married Freda Boone and lived in Granbury, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Sharon Crabtree.
Survivors: wife, Freda Osborne; children, Terry Osborne and Sharon Cherry; step children, Troy Dickerson, Robert Dickerson, Arthur Dickerson, Sherry Matlock, Shelly Dickerson, and Natalie Lander; 21 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Keith Mayhue, Gary Osborne, Kenneth Osborne, Don Osborne, James Osborne, Fred Osborne and Larry Osborne; and numerous nieces and nephews.
