Stephanie Lynn Duncan, 54, received her angel wings Thursday, December 8, 2016.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 13, in Smithfield Cemetery. Mr. Bob Mullen will officiate.

Stephanie’s “Special Day” was February 26, 1962. She resided at White Settlement Nursing Center, was loved by all, and will be truly missed, XOXOXO.

Stephanie preceded her stepfather, R.R. “Bob” Minter.

Survivors include her mother, Shirley Minter; father, Gordon “Hap” Duncan; brothers, Bobby Duncan and wife, Judy, Dennis Duncan and wife, Angie, and Gerald Beaver Duncan; uncle, Sonny Stowe and wife, Carol; cousin, Jason Stowe and wife, Carmon; a number of nieces and nephews.
