Susan Arlene (Kinser) Pepper Age 73, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 30, 2021 at her home.

Susan was born on February 3, 1948 in Hawthorne, California to Kermit and Mary Kinser. The family moved to Arlington, TX in 1954 where she graduated from Arlington High School in 1966 and attended Texas Tech University. She continued her education at Texas Wesleyan University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1999. She worked as an Informational Technology Specialist for many years and then as a substitute teacher.
Susan married Barry Pepper on January 7, 1985, and they enjoyed 36 years of marriage together.
She enjoyed volunteering in her community and church, teaching Vacation Bible School, serving as member and president of Rhome Women’s Club, and serving on the board of the Rhome Public Library. Susan was loved by a large family and numerous friends. Her favorite place was in the kitchen. She had a gift for creating delicious recipes. Susan enjoyed sports, cheering on her Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers as well as attending all of her son, Tim’s sporting events and served as his #1 fan. She also enjoyed travelling with her family and friends.
She loved her grandchildren and was affectionately called “Mimi”.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Kinser.
Susan is survived by her husband, Barry Pepper of Haslet; her son, Timothy Pepper and wife, Erin of Fort Worth; her stepdaughter, London Moss and husband, J.D. of Forth Worth; and her stepdaughter, Heather Moon-Siegenthaler and wife, Lyndsey of Midland; her four grandchildren, Lauren d Collin Pepper, Dylan Moss, and Cutter Clark; and her sister, Linda Chaney.
