Tammy Louise Lewis, 45, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014 in Weatherford.

Service: 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at the graveside in Azleland Memorial Park, Reno,

Texas.

Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m., Monday at Biggers Funeral Home.

Tammy was born June 16, 1968 in Fort Worth, to James William and Shirley Ann (Reed) Temple. She was a claims processor in the health care insurance industry.

She is survived by her parents, Shirley and Ronald Hightower of Weatherford; her children, Brooke Lewis and Blade Neel, both of Weatherford; a grandson, Oliver Watson of Weatherford; brother, James Temple of Lake Worth; sister, Deanna Temple of Fort Worth; and a large extended family and many friends.
