GRANBURY — Thomas Clark Ficklin, 67, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2016 in Dallas.        Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Saturday, Acton United Methodist Church, White Chapel.

Thomas was born Aug. 25, 1948 in Lubbock to Frank Wilson and Leeta Francis Walker Ficklin. He graduated from Putnam City High School and attended the University of Wyoming. Thomas served in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1968 to 1974 and worked in the oil field industry. He married Sharon Ann Justis on Nov. 26, 1980 in Green River, WY.

Survivors: Wife, Sharon Ficklin; sons, Thomas Clark Ficklin, Jr. and Scott Allen Ficklin and wife, Christina; grandchildren, Keegun Ficklin, Taitum Ficklin, Kiona Ficklin, Lilly Ficklin, Taryn Ficklin and Gracie Ficklin; great grandchild, Liyah Garcia; mother, Leeta Francis Ficklin; brother, Steven Wayne Ficklin; sister, Susan Evann Ficklin; father-in-law, Gordon Justis; brother-in-law, Gary Justis; sisters-in-law, Marjorie Molina and Vicki Justis; nephews, Joseph Justis and Luke Justis; niece, Molly Wenig and husband, David; extended family and friends.
