Vickii was born on October 8, 1948 in Fort Worth, Texas to Donald E. Scott, SR and Mona (Reeves) Scott. She was a resident of May, Texas and was formerly a resident of Granbury. Vickii was a member of the Methodist church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald E. Scott, SR and her son, Ronald Earl Mitchell.
She was survived by her husband, Jim Harrell; her mother, Mona Scott; her brothers, Chip Scott and wife Sharon, and John Scott; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
