Weezie Holland, 89, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2019. Graveside Service will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Holly Hills Memorial Park, in Granbury, Texas.
Weezie was born on October 31, 1930 in Fort Worth, Texas to William and Evelyn Bonte. She met Page Lane Holland while they were attending Texas Christian University. They were married on February 20, 1951 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Weezie worked in document control at the Nuclear Plant for many years and she retired from Texas Utilities. She was the past President of the Fort Worth Garden Club, and a member of Daughters of the Republic of Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Page Lane Holland, parents, William (Bill) and Evelyn Bonte, and sisters, Marcella and Wilma.
Weezie is survived by her sons, Grant Holland and wife Marla, and Lane Holland; grandchildren; Michelle Hancock and husband Chad, Brenda Torres and husband Danny, Daniel Holland, and Mia Holland, and great-grandchildren; Reese Hancock, Seth Hancock, and Drew Hancock.
