Wesley was born on November 11, 1982, in Fort Worth and was a lifelong Tarrant County resident. He grew up in Azle and graduated from Azle High School. It was there that he performed in the band and grew in his love for music and drums. He worked in the oil fields, but was especially proud of his work on his cars and his home.
Wesley was a talented drummer and had a heart of gold. His smile made others smile, his laugh made others laugh, and his music filled the room. He left us way too soon and will be missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by grandfathers, Earl McLauchlin and Billy C. Langley, and an uncle, Billy C. Langley Jr.
He is survived by his mother and father, Debbie and Larry McLauchlin of Azle; his grandmothers, Barbara Langley, Azle, and Mildred McLauchlin, Fort Worth; his aunts and uncles, Brenda and Kenny Ellis, Weatherford, Sharon and Todd Ramage, McKinney, and Debbie and Larry Goedecke, Fort Worth; and his cousins, Ashley Largent, Azle, Josh Ellis and Amber Collier, Weatherford, Zachary Goedecke, Roanoke, Jill Goedecke, Las Vegas, Nevada, Sarah and Rachel Ramage, McKinney. He is also survived by his beloved furbabies, Rowdy and Daisy.

Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me,
God wanted me now, He set me free” .. . Unknown
