Willard Wayne Allen Sr.

August 19, 1938 - October 10, 2015

Willard Wayne Allen Sr., 77, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015, with his loving family at his side.

A celebration of Wayne’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 17, in Biggers Funeral Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, donations may made to the American Diabetes Association.

Wayne was born August 19, 1938, in Stepehenville to J.W. and Dorothy Allen. He grew up in Fort Worth and attended Castleberry Elementary School and Irma Marsh Middle School and graduated from Trimble Tech High School. He married his high school sweetheart, Jeanne Howeth, on June 8, 1956. He was the owner of ITI Trucking Co. for 25 years and was co-owner of Howeth Cleaners and A-Linen Service.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Jimmy Carroll Allen and Weldon Ronald Allen.

Wayne is survived by his wife of 59 years, Jeanne Howeth Allen; children, Cheri Dildy and husband, Phil, Dusty Allen and wife, Teresa, and Jerry Allen and wife, Donna; sister, Linda Kaye Hardage; godson, Casey Neil Barker; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and many, many friends.
