I just found out about Billy and am heart broken. Eventhough I know where Billy is now, we morn not having him here. I met Billy about 20 yrs ago when he had just started his business. He drove an old truck and was a one man show. He came to our home and fixed a huge problem that our remodlers plumbers had left. Billy worked late into the night without one complaint and just kept saying , " Dont worry Darling, you and your family will have water before I go." My dogs loved him! I can still see him sitting in his truck working on his bill with the light from the cab. He was surrounded by my dogs who had climed up in the cab with him. He would take a second from time to time to pet them and exchange nuzzles. I have used him ever since and yes he has pulled me out of many scrapes. Anyone who ever asked me for a plumbing referral I would tell my story about him and his dedication, not only to his trade, but to making you his friend and a customer for life. You will be so missed Billy. Please pet and nuzzle the four legged babies of mine you loved and have gone on before you. Save all of us a place. Our hearts are broken here and we want to be with you for sure on the other side.

We were two of Billy's satisfied customers for a number of years, but - as others have said - he was special. We respected him, liked him, and are saddened by his passing. Our sympathy to his family and friends.

I am so sad to hear about Billy‘s passing. He was an amazing person. Always upbeat, positive and kind, and a real problem solver. BSI plumbing was successful because Billy was so talented. He worked tirelessly during the winter storm to take care of everyone’s needs. I had no idea he was ill when I saw him in February. I always appreciated his kindness and his gentle demeanor and he always could figure out the most puzzling situations. I am sending love and light to his family. The world was a much better place because Billy Smith was here. He will be dearly missed.

I have known Billy for over 40 years. As we became adults most of us moved away and grew apart as we started families and careers. We never forget those who we grew up with and the people who help us become who we are. Living right next door we spent so much time together as children. You will forever be missed.

Hello my name is Rodolfo cabrera Billy he called me rudy I have 16 years working with billy in his company. I feel that it is enough time to know what kind of person billy was. He was my boss, and especially my friend, a nice person who tried to learn as much as I could from him because he knew a lot. He was a very intelligent person, I'm going to miss you, friend, I know it's going to make it difficult to get to the shop and not see you, but wherever you are remember that you continue to count on me for everything God bless you my dear friend.

BSI was the plumbing company I used for MANY years at my home. Billy was always helpful when I needed to ask a question or have service and was always fair with his pricing. I had a problem recently when Surmin overcharged, but Billy made it right. Sorry that BSI will no longer be the same without him at the helm. My condolences to the family and his friends.

Oh this is a sad sad day. I met Billy 10 years ago when he did the plumbing for the renovation of our 100 year old home. After that I recommended him to anyone who needed a plumber because you knew he was good, honest, and trustworthy. You can’t say that about many. I only wish he could have been here longer. Heaven took a good one. Rest In peace my friend amd watch over your family from above. Well Is you.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
