LIPAN — Wyona Baldree, 86, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, in Granbury.
Funeral: 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Jimmy Tate Court (old school gym) in Lipan. Burial: Evergreen Cemetery in Lipan. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wiley Chapel in Lipan.
Memorials: Fort Worth Scottish Rite Foundation.
Wyona was born Mar. 4, 1928, in Dennis, Texas, to Emerson and Ruth Clark Huffstuttler. She married W. H. (Dub) Baldree, May 8, 1952, in Weatherford. Wyona lived in the Lipan area all her life and was a member of Lipan First Baptist Church. She taught school for 37 years spending 30 years in the Lipan ISD. She also taught Sunday School Class for 40 years. She was a member 0f the Order of the Eastern Star Lipan Chapter # 127 for sixty-one years.
Survivors: Husband, Dub Baldree of Lipan; son, Walter Baldree and wife, Wanda, of Lipan; grandchildren, Hank Baldree, Miranda Baldree, Christopher Baldree, Hannah Baldree; brother, Dorman Huffstuttler and wife, Ethel, of Weatherford; sister, Euna V. Crooks of Weatherford; sister-in-law, Bernice Huffstuttler; nieces and nephews.
