James Hood Westerfield, 95, from Granbury, Texas went home to be with his Lord on Monday, October 29, 2018. He and his wife will be honored by the scattering of their ashes over his home state of Tennessee.

James was born on September 8, 1923 in Nashville, Tennessee to Thomas and Mary Westerfield. He had a strong work ethic. He enjoyed fishing and playing his guitar. He played often at the Senior Center in Granbury. He was preceded in death by his wife in 2015: Kathleen Westerfield.

James is survived by his sister: June Pope of Hendersonville, Tennessee and friends: Larry and Frances Hammond of Granbury.
Family and friends want to thank the staff at Granbury Care Center for their loving care and attention.
