Sad to read about the death of Dr Felder. I worked under his leadership at Temple Jr College from his first year until his retirement and have many positive memories of working under him during those years. He was a man of intellect, integrity and professionalism who pioneered the transitioning of the college from its traditional focus into a multifaceted modern community college.
