GLEN ROSE — Jack L. Cooper, 80, passed away Wednesday, Apr. 22, 2015, in Glen Rose.
Graveside service: 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Apr. 26, 2015, at Georges Creek Cemetery in Somervell County. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Wiley Funeral Home in Glen Rose.
Memorials: Derden Cemetery Association in Hillsboro, Texas.
Jack was born Aug. 1, 1934, in Cleburne, to H. Vernon Cooper and Katie Mae Powell Cooper. He worked in human resources for Lennox Industries. Jack was a great cook. He loved his dogs and enjoyed driving on road trips throughout the U.S. His jovial and caring nature made him easy to get along with.
Survivors: Brother, Powell Cooper; sister, Nancy Cooper; brother, Neal Cooper; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; longtime best friend, Charles “Chuck” Lowe.
