GRANBURY — Willie “Bill” Sexton, 65, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, in Granbury.
Graveside service: 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, at the Dallas – Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas. A rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m. Sunday with visitation to follow.
Mr. Sexton was born Jan. 9, 1947, in Stephenville, to Jesse and Bettye Walker Sexton. He married Cara Richardson Perryman, July 27, 2005, in Ardmore, Okla. Bill had lived in Granbury since 1994. He served in the U.S. Army and retired as a Lt. Colonel. He worked at Auto Zone for 19 years and enjoyed fishing. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors: Wife, Cara “CJ” Sexton of Granbury; sons, Chris Hass of Dallas, Richard Hass and wife, Sheila, of Granbury, Greg Hass and wife, Joysera, of Hawaii, Steve Hass of San Diego; grandchildren, James and Aaron Hass; father, Jesse Sexton of Stephenville; brothers, David M. Sexton and wife, Sue, of Stephenville, Stephen Michael Sexton and wife, Diana, of Watauga; and several nieces and nephews.
