Leslie Clinton Sparks, 66, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018. Memorial service: 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 24, 2018, Glen View Church of Christ, Glen Rose.
Leslie was born on November 4, 1951 in Cleburne, Texas to James and Wanda Sparks. He was self-employed in the construction industry and was a maintenance worker at the Granbury Walmart. He proudly served in the U.S. Army.
Leslie enjoyed outdoor activities including camping, fishing, hunting and canoeing. He enjoyed going to the coast with his family and spending time near the ocean and rivers. He was preceded in death by his father, James Sparks and his brother, Paul Sparks.
Leslie is survived by his significant other: Toni Jackson, children: Amber Scott and husband Beau, Jamie Sparks, Sarah Sparks, Sam Jackson and wife Pam and Daniel Jackson, grandchildren: Gracie Scott, Aydon Stinson, Aaron Johnston, Aiden Johnston, Wyatt Johnston, and Ethan Johnston , mother: Wanda Sparks, many nieces and nephews and endless cousins.
