Twylah was born Feb. 25, 1937 to Samuel and Dollie Gee Massey. Preceded in death by, parents; brother, Freddie Massey and wife Louise; and Bobby Massey.

Survivors: Husband, Robert Rice; children, Ricky Whitehead, Ronnie and Vicki Whitehead, Roger and Karen Rice, Paula and Russell Sheehan, Roderick Rice and Patta and DK Potter; 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brothers, Don and Sara Massey, Dennis and Jane Massey, Sammy and Joann Massey, Eddie Massey; sister-in-law, Ann Massey.
