Shyrrel Lynn Alderson (63), born on October 6, 1957 in Fort Worth to Gene
and Sybil Keeton, lost her battle with breast cancer on
December 29, 2020. She grew up one of 6 children in a loving close-knit
family. She was a Daughter, Wife, Sister, Mom, Aunt,
Godmother, Grandmother, Team Mom and Friend.
She was a lifelong resident of White Settlement and made sure she was
known to everyone. She was active in supporting the youth, especially the
Brewer Band. She was a memorable person who
loved and served others. She was an amazing fundraiser and
sometimes a booster club by herself.
She defined dependability in every arena. She was a dedicated
employee for years in the family business followed by many more years
with Autobahn Motorcar Group.
She connected loved ones, organized gatherings, delegated each detail.
She remained very connected to those around her for her entire life.
She was very proud of her nieces and nephews and rarely missed a
birthday or celebration.
In 1993 Shyrrel married the love of her life, Bob and with open arms
welcomed her new step-daughter Samantha. In 1995, they were
blessed with a child of their own, Rebecca Lynn. Being a mother and
grandmother was the pride and joy of Shyrrel’s life.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bob, parents Gene and Sybil
Keeton, brother-in-law Pete Alexander, and nephew Craig Keeton.
She leaves behind her stepmother, Marilyn; daughter, Rebecca; son-in-law,
Hugo; step-daughter, Samantha; grandchildren,
Maverick, Ember, Katelyn, Alexis and Brittany; along with a
large extended family she loved with all her heart.
Funeral service: 2 p.m. Monday in Biggers Funeral Chapel
Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park
Visitation: 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Biggers Funeral Home
