Jackie Ann Seaton

August 13, 1954 - December 23, 2020

Jackie Ann Seaton was born August 13th 1954 in Marlow Oklahoma to Jack and Annelle Henderson.  She graduated from Cordell High School and Frank Phillips College.  She married Larry Seaton in 1974.

She was preceded in death by her father Jack Henderson and nephew Nick Davis.

Jackie is survived by her

  • Mother Annelle Henderson of Hobart, OK
  • Husband Larry Seaton of Rainbow, TX
  • Daughter Dana Pearson, her husband Marc and their children Alex, Anna, and Megan of Liberty Hill, TX
  • Son Kevin, his wife Audrey and their son Andrew of Rainbow, TX
  • Brother Larry Henderson and his wife Helen of Branson, MO
  • Brother David Henderson and his wife Allicia of Hobart, OK
  • Sister Melanie Doucet and her husband Daniel of Church Point, LA
  • Many nieces and nephews

Jackie was a retired labor and delivery nurse of over 35 years.  She started her nursing career as an aide while in high school – going on to receive her RN License a little later. She helped bring a lot of lives into this world.

Jackie led a life of kindness and joy; she had a funny way of snorting when she got tickled and that created contagious laughter among those surrounding her.

She loved all holidays but especially loved hosting the family for the 4th of July Celebration. Some of her other favorite activities were playing games; especially scrabble and dominoes, watching movies, swimming with and going on adventures with her grandkids. She loved when Kevin would cook for her and the family. Jackie was a devoted mother and grandmother. She always felt that family was first and would do anything for her friends. She loved spending time visiting with family and watching all of her grandbabies doing their favorite activities. She was so proud of all of them and what they were accomplishing.

Jackie was a close friend in high school. We made numerous circles around the court house and Karla's. I was so shocked that she came down with Covid-19. I wish this virus had never entered our country. I know Jackie's loss will be very hard to accept by her family, friends and classmates. Please accept our prayers for all of you.

Jackie was a dear friend and nursing colleague of mine when I was young and just having my babies. She was there with me in the operating room when my second child was born. My girls were flower girls for her daughters wedding. She was one of a kind !! Her friendship to me was a rock in rocky times. Her and Larry allowed me and my family to live with them when we didn’t have a home. She helped me clean a house we bought and was the most amazing friend to me !!
