Carlene was born, September 22, 1938 in Fort Worth, Texas to Dortha and Carl LeMaster. She was a proud mother of three daughters, two grandchildren and three great granddaughters.

Crepe Myrtle trees were her favorite tree; so she surrounded her home with them. One of her greatest joys was sitting on her deck enjoying a cold Coca-Cola.
She loved spending time with family. Especially the great granddaughters, who knew MeMa, always had ice cream.

Carlene was a member of Tolar Baptist Church since 1976. She loved church, and enjoyed listening to Christian and Elvis music. Also, sharing her love for the Lord with the people she met. Her favorite Bible book and chapter was Psalms 37.

Carlene is survived by her daughters: Debbie Denton, Nancy Martinez & husband Jr., Alicia Smith & husband Willie; grandchildren: Isa English & husband Will, Elijah Denton; great-granddaughters: Belle, Whitley and Lennox English.

Every Sunday Alicia and I would tackle either my Mom or Carlene and ask if we could go home with each other knowing we would go back to church that night and then go back to our own house. Carlene was always so sweet and always made me feel like I was one of her own. She was truly a gentle and soft spoken Christian lady. She is now enjoying her reward. Jesus had open arms, when he saw her, telling her "Well done, my good and faithful servant!" I love this family!!
