Dakodah was born on December 8, 1988, in Odessa, Texas to Roger and Cynde Horton. He recently worked for Equipment Share as a relocation specialist. A devoted Harley Davidson and motorcycle enthusiast, Dakodah was a member of the Chula Chasers of Fort Worth raising money for children of MHMR (It’s for the Kids). On his bike, “he took off sideways more than he did straight.” He will affectionately be remembered for his warped sense of humor, his unforgettable laugh, being the life of the party, and for being a “Facebook Felon.” He also will be remembered for his willingness to help anyone who was in need. Most of all, Dakodah had absolute devotion to his children which he was known as a “dad without a filter” and for his sarcastic bad “dad jokes!”.
Dakodah is survived by his beloved children, Jacob White, Harley Horton, Dominic Horton and Breanna aka “BeBe” Graham; his mother Cynde Horton; his grandmother, “NaNa”; his brothers, Joe Horton, Trevor and wife Tori Horton, William Jeffrey; his beloved niece, “Little Red”; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles; and by his extended family – his brothers and sisters of the Chula Chasers.
Dakodah was preceded in death by his father, Roger Horton; his uncle Cliff; and by his PaPa Charlie and Matt McCarthy, brother.
