Donna was born on April 8, 1950 in Vinita, Oklahoma to L. J. and Alice Cornog. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Midwestern University. She married Danny Jones on April 14, 1973 in Quanah, Texas. She was a loving wife, mom and grandmother who always thought of others.
She loved the Lord and was very active at Waples Baptist Church. She was known for crocheting crosses to give away. She loved community theater and was involved in the Granbury Theater Company for several years.
Donna is survived by her husband of 44 years, Danny R. Jones, children: Amanda Sue Kingcade and husband Jeremy and Chad D. Jones and wife Brandy, grandchildren: Jordan Kingcade, Evan Jones and Emery Jones, sisters: Debra O’Neal and husband Ricky and Diana Dockery and husband David and numerous nieces and nephews.
