Frances Virginia Cannada was born September 5, 1939 in Winnsboro, Texas to James Herbert Cannada and Emma Lou Berry Cannada. Her mother passed away when Frances was 9 years old leaving her brother Dwayne and father James in the home.
Frances was introduced to her future husband, Early Alford Teague, Jr or Duge, by his sister Barbara in 1957. Their first date was to a movie in Granbury. He proposed to her on bent knee in the front yard of a small cabin in Earp Park in Glen Rose which later became their first home together. Frances and Duge were married on March 15, 1958 in Cleburne in the home of Pastor C.C. Evans. Their song was, “Are You Sincere” by Elvis Presley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 57 years, her brother and sister-in-law.
Frances is survived by children: Daughter – Lawanda Russell & Husband Jay; Sons – James Teague & Daughter in-law Tina; Roy Teague & Wife Tanya; and Bobby Teague & Wife Tammy.
Grandchildren:
Wesley Russell; Tony Teague & Wife Ashley; Heather Daniels & Husband Kevin; Laina O’Quinn & Husband Zach; Jennifer Teague; Joshua Teague & Wife Marah; and, Kevin Teague.
Great Grandchildren:
Lyla & Evyn O’Quinn; Wyatt Teague; and, Tatum Teague.
As well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Throughout our community, Frances was known for her infectious laugh, friendliness, honest straight forward opinions, hard working ethic, love for her family, and loyalty to her friends. She was always willing to help others and will be missed tremendously.
