My deepest of sympathy to your family as we in the Fort Worth Airpower will miss Mike very much. He spoke at our War Stories last year and it was great to hear his memories from Vietnam. I met Mike in the late 80s and it was always nice to come across him at a store or restaurant for a chat. Please know that Mike was very friendly to our War Heroes and he will be missed.

Mike Costanza was a remarkable man with an affinity to touch and work with all people. He was a big man with an even bigger heart that he extended to his family and others that he embraced with his brand if Texas hospitality and friendship. Mike was unique, beloved, respected, admired, and will be missed. We are all diminished by his passing.

PawPaw Mike was truly one of a kind. One of the most generous and inclusive people I’ve met. We became family when I was around the age of 8 and I have so many memories of him: always having his home filled with people he and Mary (MawMaw) could serve and share their big love with, driving the biggest red truck with Elvis’ loves songs in the CD player and cream sugar candies in the dash. He loved to tease the people he was close with (especially his mom!) and would always be happy to share a late night bowl of Dutch Chocolate ice cream. He loved music videos, Starbucks, and spoiling his girls with a trip to the stockyards, the mall, or Home Depot (depending on the days to-do list). Every store we walked into - you really felt that he knew each cashier or barista personally. I can still hear his voice saying “PawPaw loves you sweetheart” and I remember vividly how proud he was to meet his first grandbabies. He had an amazing ability to radiate generosity and treat everyone in his circle as family. He told the best stories about life in Louisiana and his adventures in combat and real estate. Mary, Tab, Chasity and Michael spouses & cousins - you all are in my prayers.

While we remember the amazing man, husband, dad, grandfather, U.S. Army War Hero, and adept businessman - there are so many he reached that only "heaven knows" about as was his way. We love and miss Mike Costanza already, but are also thankful his amazing family will press forward and honor his legacy. God bless Mike and the entire Costanza family.

a man's homeless down on his luck and with $6.00 in his pocket looking for work got 20 miles to travel to come down for an interview thinking you'll never get it the interview is going bad in his mind he gets up and shakes his hands as well thanks for the opportunity anyway and turns around and starts to walk away Mike then stands up just wait a minute it only cost me $80 to find out what kind of man you are that was 11 years ago . That moment turn my whole world around 180 degrees to Mike you be greatly missed Mick i's a manto look up to and great-grandfather to his family and even his non-family . God has a real hero in heaven now.
