First memory of Mike was for July 4th he took us out on the boat with his American flag bandana and he said to me “Get on up here bonehead you get to drive for a little.” I remember thinking to myself “does this hippie think I know how to drive a boat?” But by the end of that day he was the nicest and funniest man I have ever met.
