Patsy “Pat” Tomlinson, 94, went to be with the Lord and her husband, Murlin, on Sunday, November 7, 2021. She was born January 7, 1927, to Henley and Vera Straley Cassity  in Washita County, Oklahoma.

 

Service: 2pm, Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at First Baptist Church of Granbury; Visitation: 1pm, prior to the service; Committal Service: Fairview Cemetery, Granbury, Texas.

 

Pat was an artist and had a love for all types of art, especially paintings. She was one of the original founders of the Lake Granbury Art Association. She also enjoyed gardening, traveling to places like New Mexico and Colorado, and she loved baking her special cinnamon rolls and homemade banana pudding, which her grandchildren loved.

 

Pat leaves behind to cherish her memory, son, Ronnie Tomlinson, and wife Lyn; grandsons, Brett Tomlinson and wife Dr. Heidi, Eric Tomlinson and wife Devi, Matt Tomlinson; great grandchildren, Nash, Laine, Jace, Avril, Nolan and Everly, sister: Jo Fox of Decatur, Texas and nieces and nephews.

 

In Lieu of Flowers the family ask for donations to be made to the First Baptist Church of Granbury Library, which Pat helped start.
