Randy was born November 8, 1946 in Granbury to F.W. and Maurine Tomlinson Bandy. He married Brenda Ryles on October 3, 1980 in Granbury. He was a great father and grandfather. He loved his Fairview Baptist Church family. Randy started a house church and was involved in the community. He loved being an auto mechanic who could fix anything, would help anyone and give you the shirt off his back.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Larry Bandy.
Survivors: Wife, Brenda Bandy; children, James Bandy, Tammy and husband Greg Bandy, Joe Neal, J.D. Bandy and Amanda and husband Juan Martinez; grandchildren, Kyle, Melissa, Tyler, Meganjoe, Haley, Savanna, Trevor, Noah, Andrew and Liam; great grandchildren, Emmakelley, Caleb, Everettelee, Charles and Abby.
