GRANBURY — Reba Tomlinson, 83, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016 in Granbury, Texas.
Service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Granbury, Texas.
Interment: Holly Hills Cemetery, Granbury
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 11, 2016 at Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury.
Memorials: Alzheimer Research, Multiple Sclerosis or Crohn’s disease.
Reba was born on October 5, 1932 in Nacogdoches, Texas to Christopher and Oletha Buckalew. She had a whirlwind romance with her husband, Edwin, whom she married the day they met. After obtaining her masters degree, Reba served as Director of Nursing at several hospitals. She was the owner/operator along with her daughters Darlene and Teresa of Tomlinson Health Services with locations in Fort Worth, Dallas, Stephenville, Granbury, Waco and Hillsboro. Reba also taught nursing at TCU. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edwin and her Daughter Teresa L. Graham.
Survivors: Daughter Darlene Hiler and husband Randy; son-in-law Jack Graham; grandchildren Kari Williams and husband Curry, Cody Hiler and Heather Armstrong and husband Colin; great grandchildren Harper, Evelyn and Graham Armstrong; brother Joseph Buckalew; sister-in-law Dixie Buckalew; sister Rena Davis and numerous nephews and extended family.
