Rob Johnson, 58, passed away Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015, in Granbury.

Graveside service: 11:00 a.m. Monday, Sept. 14, 2015, at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Wiley Funeral Home.

Rob was born Aug. 10, 1957, in Fort Worth, to James Scott Johnson and Nancy Jo Stepp Johnson. He was a Deputy Sheriff for Hood County. Rob was a Mason. He had worked in a dental lab as a technician. He collected guns and enjoyed gun shows and swap meets. He attended Mambrino Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, James Scott Johnson, sister, Cynthia Ann Johnson and daughter, Rosie Adura.

Survivors: Wife, Donna Taylor; daughter, Cindy Phillips and husband, Aaron. mother, Nancy Jo Johnson; brother, Randel Johnson and wife, Susan; nieces, Joey Katherine Johnson and husband, Milton, Misty Michelle Matcham and husband, Ryan, Heather Renee Hutsell and husband, Matt, Christy Beth Harris and husband, Chris; 8 great nieces and nephews.
