During my teen age years I lived with Dee and Curry. Robert was always hanging out at our house...just one of the family. He was always friendly and helpful. Curry didn't have the patience to teach me how to drive a stick shift so he asked Robert if he would teach me. He was exceptionally patient and I truly appreciate the fact that he did not belittle me or make me nervous. He was a wonderful friend. Our family will miss you. We will see you again soon in heaven!!
Robert Willis left a message on April 24, 2018:
I remember Robert as far back as I can remember. After working with dad all day instead of going straight home, he would hang around the house for a bit. I remember one day he was carrying me on his shoulders and taking me into our living room. I told him to put me down because the ceiling fan was on and I did not want my head to get caught in it. Well, Robert didn't put me down and my head did end up in that ceiling fan. He will be missed but never forgotten. Love and prayers to the family.
