Shelly Rene’ Basham, 36, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2014. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. She is survived by her mother, Cynthia Harris and husband, Charles; father, Eddie Burkhart Jr.; and siblings, Lucy Harris, Peighton Burkhart and Matthew Harris.
