Victor Ray Sinquefield passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021.
Funeral service: 11 a.m. Saturday, August 14, 2021 in Biggers Funeral Chapel.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, August 13, 2021 at Biggers Funeral Home.
Ray was born April 23, 1935 in Taylor County, Mississippi to the late Howard Clarence and Flossy Sinquefield. He moved to Haltom City as a young boy and came to live with his uncle, Bill Jenkins. Ray went to school in Haltom City. He joined the Army and was at Fort Hood where he was a cook. When honorably discharged he went to work for Star Vending and Managed the Bell Helicopter Account, this turned out to be the only Job Ray ever held, he was there for 52 years. On the side for a while, he owned and raced racehorses, and owned several clubs and rent houses. When he retired, he enjoyed working on his land in Springtown where he lived with his wife. Ray touched many lives, he was loved by many, and will be missed and remembered always.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Howard Clarence, Jr. and Billy Wayne; and uncle, Bill Jenkins.
Survivors: Wife of 32 years, Veronica Sinquefield; children, Mike and Kathy; stepchildren, Juan and Monica; siblings, David, Maxine, and Charles; four grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
