GRANBURY — Alexander Therrien (Al) was born November 22, 1929 in Hartford, CT. He died peacefully in his sleep at his home on March 6, 2012. He had proudly served his country for 26 years in the United States Air Force when he retired in 1975. After his Air Force retirement, he worked for the City of Lancaster, TX until his retirement.
Graveside service: 11:00 am Friday, March 9, 2012 at Holly Hills Memorial Park.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Thursday, March 8 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Martin’s Funeral Home, 100 So. Morgan St., Granbury, Tx.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable donations be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, PO Box 4527, New York, NY 10163.
Al is preceded in death by his wife Lois. He is survived by his children Doria Garrett and her husband Steve, Richard Therrien and his wife Barbara, Barbara Youkers and grandchildren, Kristin Lewis, Sandra Garrett, Brian Therrien, Julie Thompson, Stuart Therrien, Scott Youkers and 5 great grandchildren.
