Alice Woods, 93, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014, in Granbury.
Graveside service: 2:00 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, 2014, at Earthman Memory Garden Cemetery in Baytown, Texas. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014, at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury, Texas.
Mrs. Woods was born Jan. 4, 1921, in El Paso, Texas, to Ashley and Mattie Gordon Adams. She married Gene Woods in Houston, Texas. She worked for the City of Houston for many years and lived in Highland, Texas on the San Jacinto River for many years.
Survivors: Daughters, Suellen Wooldridge and husband, Jim, of Granbury, Texas, Jeanne Woods of East Tawakoni, Texas; eight grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; sister, Betty Love of Oxford, Florida.
