Alvin L. Smith, a retired brick mason passed away Thursday, November 27, 2014 at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday December 1, 2014 in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Dido Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 Sunday at the funeral home.

Buster was born September 13, 1940 in Wichita Falls and was a longtime area resident.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Smith of Saginaw; children, Greg Smith and wife Michelle of Azle, Stewart Smith and wife Kathy of Keller, Brian Teague and wife Tina and Stacey Wright; brother, Jimmy Smith; sisters, Evelyn Kline, Margaret Lyons, and Zelma Mier; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
