Ms. Morrison was a great teacher and became my good friend very quickly. "God must have needed a lot of help in heaven teaching those Angels to sing. that's why he took both teachers." Ms. Morrison will be truly missed. She convinced me to try out for a solo for our concert tonight (Nov. 8, 2018). Although I didn't get the solo part, I will sing as good as I can so Ms. Morrison can hear me in heaven and know how well she taught me. I met Ashley back in 2012 at a Life Time Fitness function whereby her mother Patti was competing. It was evident then that Ashley and her mother were extremely close. I will never forget Ashley's smile and wonderful personality that morning. It is so hard to believe that you are no longer with us. I'm sorry Ashley that I didn't take the opportunity to come hear you sing. But rest assured I looked you up on YouTube and listened to you solo in the church choir. What an incredible talent you have. I say "have" because I believe you are singing with the Angels in Heaven this very moment. I also believe that you are watching over your dad, mom and Courtney. Rest peacefully.

My daughter was in Ms. Morrison’s 5th grade music class and absolutely adored her. Ms. Morrison gave her the courage to audition for solo parts for their school program and encouraged her every chance she got and made her love music. She touched the lives of all her students and was very loved. She will be deeply missed.
