AUSTIN — Our golden angel, Audrey Maxine Moran Hampton, 42, of Austin, TX passed away on September 28, 2014 after a brave battle with ovarian cancer.
Graveside service: A service honoring Audrey’s life is on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Granbury Cemetery. The eulogy will be read by Audrey’s cousin, Suzanne Parkinson Noel, with scripture readings by Audrey’s niece, Tristin Roberson. Pallbearers include: Stacy Moran (brother), Tommy Moran (brother), Johnny Moran (brother), Harry “JR” Moran (brother), Brad Lee (nephew), Brandon Harkins (nephew), James Vermillion (nephew) and Thomas Moran (nephew). Visitation is at Wiley’s Funeral Home in Granbury, TX on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 PM.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, Audrey’s family encourages loved ones to consider making a donation in Audrey’s honor to support Research for the Prevention of Ovarian Tumors at the University of California San Diego, Moores Cancer Center. Audrey was born in Fort Worth, TX on April 23, 1972, the daughter of Billie Maxine Parkinson Moran and Harry Herbert Moran (deceased).
Audrey’s charm, humor and deep love for her family and friends will be missed but always treasured. Her kind and free spirit will always be with us when we dance, when we sing, when we laugh – when we love.

Her mother, Billie Maxine Parkinson Moran, of Granbury, TX; sisters, Kaye Harkins of Granbury, TX and Leeya Moran of Austin, TX; brothers Stacy Moran of Granbury, TX, Tommy Moran of Nueva Laredo, Mexico, Johnny Moran of Weatherford, TX and Harry “JR” Moran of Lipan, TX; 25 nieces and nephews; 20 great nieces and nephews; her soul mate, Aref Divsar; as well as her adorable Yorkie, Sophie, many cousins and her aunt, Anita.
