Barry Eugene Fitzgerald

June 7, 1956 - January 22, 2016

Barry E. Fitzgerald, 59, was called home early to be with the Lord on January 22, 2016 after a sudden illness.

Visitation and viewing 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Biggers Funeral Home.

Barry lived a full life and was an avid racer at Texas Race Way in Kennedale. He also loved restoring old muscle cars and won first place showing his 1976 Trans Am this past summer in Springtown.

Barry will always be known as a loving father, grandfather and “POPS”.

He will be truly missed by all his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, June Gibson; son, Kenneth Fitzgerald; daughter, Pearl Fitzgerald; step-son, Kenneth White; grandchildren, Paiton Fitzgerald, Jacob Beasley, Kaylin Beasley, Weldon Fitzgerald, Kallee Fitzgerald and Shayla Elam.

Kenneth & Pearl - There are no words that can express the pain in my heart for you. He was always Uncle Barry to me and nothing can ever change that. Him and Dad can now continue to compare Chevy versus Pontiac. I Love You guys and I pray, Dear God, to help ease the pain and heartache.
