GRANBURY — Betty A. Thompson (Honey) passed away Sunday, Dec. 21, 2014, in Granbury.
Funeral: Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, Dec. 29, 2014, at Wiley Funeral Home. Visitation: 2 p.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials: St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Betty was born Oct. 29, 1943 to T.C. and Lamoine Driskel Bradford. She was the loving wife of Tommy “Pop” Thompson. Betty lived her life to give and provide for others. She loved the lake, the deer lease, the NASCAR Races, Vegas and Holidays. All of these places and things she loved because they were done as a family. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Benny Dean Bradford (Ben).
Survivors: Husband, Tommy (Pop) Thompson; children, Belinda Kay Poole (Bendi), Tommy Wayne Thompson, Jr., Kimberly Rene Powell; grandchildren, Cody Lee Cartwright, Megan Anne Cartwright, Matthew Wayne Cartwright, Trey Allen Thompson, Shay Nicole Pool; great grandchildren, Christian Cole Cartwright, Claire Cartwright, Cohen Cartwright, Collin Wayne Cartwright and Jencee Thompson; brother, Billy Wayne Bradford (Bill).
