Betty Jean Alldredge, 86, passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2018.
Memorial service: 1:00 PM, Friday, May 18, 2018, Iraan Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Iraan Baptist Church Building Fund or to Iraan H.S. Exes Scholarship Fund.
Betty was born in Ozona, Texas to Tom and Wynona Holmes. She married Wayne Alldredge on September 15, 1950 in Iraan, Texas. She received her associate’s degree from Abilene Business College and worked as a field clerk for 17 years in the oil industry. She was an active member of the Iraan Baptist Church.
Betty was an accomplished artist and an oil painter. She was preceded in death by her husband: Wayne Alldredge, brother: Richard Lackey, and parents: Tom and Wynona Holmes.
Betty is survived by her sons: Darrell Alldredge and wife Stormi, and Marshall Alldredge and wife Elaine, two grandchildren, three great-granddaughters, and brothers: Tommy Joe Holmes and Manley Holmes.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
