GRANBURY — Betty Jean Vanlandingham Stephenson, age 85, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2015, in Glen Rose, Texas.

Graveside service: 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at Kimbell Bend Cemetery, Kopperl, Texas

Visitation: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, June 15, 2015 at Wiley Funeral Home, Glen Rose, Texas

Betty was born on May 21, 1930 to the late Henry and Etha Flanagan. She moved from Purdin, Texas to Granbury and lived in Granbury for 7 years. She belonged to Cornerstone Church in Granbury where she enjoyed Bible Study.

Survivors: sons, Marvie and wife, Keron, Vanlandingham of Tolar, Dennis and wife, Cindy, Vanlandingham of Kopperl; daughter, Brenda and husband, Dan Houchin and Plainview; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; sister, Norma George of Denton; brother, Clayton and wife, Delores, Flanagan of Lewisville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and 2 husbands, M. J. Vanlandingham and Warren Stephenson and by 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
