Betty was born to Edwin Frazier Sr. and Cornelia Byrd Frazier on October 01, 1944, in San Antonio, Texas. She was raised in Sutherland Springs, Texas and attended Sutherland Springs Elementary, Floresville Middle School, and Harlandale High School in San Antonio Texas. Betty met a good-looking young man while visiting her brother Eddie in Corpus Christi. They instantly fell in love, and she married Melvin on May 05, 1962. Fifty-nine years, 11 months, and 5 days their love was strong as the first day they met.
Betty was first and foremost a wife, mother, and caregiver to all. Her interest includes home making, blue bonnets, sewing, gardening, and lambs.
She belonged to the Grand Chapter of Texas, Order of Eastern Star, Worthy Matron nine times, White Shrine of Jerusalem, member of Social Order of Beauceant, life member of Ladies VFW aux post 8235; and current member of the Eastern Star, Lake Worth.
Betty is survived by her husband, Melvin B. Seeling, Sr., sons, Melvin B. Seeling Jr., Norman L. Seeling, Jay E. Seeling; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; her sisters, Evelyn Willis, Laura Hansen (Doug); brother, Leroy Frazier (Carol); and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parent’s; twin David; sister, Shirley Bingham; brothers, EO Frazier Jr., Marvin Frazier, and Raymond Frazier Sr.
