Beverly Ann Boening Martin was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many. She passed into the loving arms of Jesus Saturday, November 20, 2021.
She was born August 21, 1929, to Stewart L Boening and Ruth Irvin Boening of Chicago, Illinois. After graduating from N.R Crozier Technical High School in Dallas, Beverly married Lemuel Decker and was blessed with two children Cynthia and Richard. Later, Beverly married Norman Martin and they were blessed with one son, Woody.
Beverly was active in Eastern Star for many years as well as her local church. She was a master seamstress and loved to paint.
She was preceded in death by her husband Norman, son Richard Decker and granddaughter Penny Brettschneider. She is survived by daughter Cindy Brettschneider and husband Ralph of San Marcos, Texas and son Woody Martin and wife Miki of Glen Rose, Texas. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren who were the joy of her life.
